This application is open to eco-friendly Makers, Designers, Food and Drink Purveyors. This will be a juried event and only those with a sustainability component to their wares or practices will be considered. You must have an online presence and please ensure that your sites have high quality photos of your work as that is how the judges will be deciding on your acceptance.
The spots are $30. Your fee covers a 10 x 10 spot, a link to your business website and social media channels, a write-up on our web page, Facebook and Instagram. You will need to bring your own table & chair(s) and should also bring a sun/rain shelter. There will be 4 different locations that you may be at but they are all very close together and on the same road.
We will be advertising on Facebook, in local papers, with the City of Pontiac, posters will be put up at local businesses and signs will be put out the week leading up to the event.
Please note that you must stay set-up for the duration of the fair (10am – 3pm).
The deadline to apply is October 3, 2021. You will be notified of your acceptance or refusal by October 6, 2021. Once accepted, you will be prompted to pay your table fees in full via e-transfer or PayPal.

Safety: Participants will act with the highest regard for the safety of the attendees and other participants of the Event, and will adhere to all laws, policies, rules, and regulations applicable to the goods and/or activities of the Participant, including obtaining all licenses, permits, and approvals that may be required to enable Participant to conduct its activities at the event.
Liability: The Luskville Farm Hop will not be responsible for any loss or damage to Participant’s property, injury to, or death of the Participant (or its agents, employees, and/or personnel), or Participant sales. Participant expressly assumes all risks of loss, damage, liability, injury, or destruction resulting from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to acts or omissions by Participant, and hereby releases and waives any claims against Mountain View Farm related to such loss, damage, liability, injury, and/or destruction.
Only the accepted Participants are able to sell or distribute their items and/or conduct activities at the Event. The vendor list and table assignments are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee any level of attendance at the Event and there will be no refunds, under any circumstances, after the Event is over.
