Gentle Hatha for All Bodies
$35 per person ($25 for kids 3-16)
Need a break from the craziness of the world? Feel like you need something to make you smile again? Come enjoy a gentle hatha yoga class for all bodies while hanging out and cuddling with cute and adorable goats out in the country! We guarantee both your body and your mind will benefit from this class. There is nothing better then combining nature, yoga and animals for reducing anxiety!
The session will be outside on our farm facing the Eardley Escarpment. We also have other animals to keep you entertained (horses, rabbits, chickens and a duck). Once the yoga session is done we will have refreshments so you can spend some more time with the animals.
Our instructor for the yoga sessions will be Natalie Fraser, a unique healer, teacher and yoga instructor who draws from many traditions and practices. It will be a Gentle Hatha class for all bodies. It entails self-exploration through movement, breath, meditation and community. This yoga encourages students to attune themselves to the energy of nature, specifically the flow of the seasons, and to amplify this energy for self-growth.
Come join us for a fun morning of yoga, refreshments and bonding with our goats!! Please note you must register in advance and don’t forget your yoga mat.
