We are so thrilled to be featured in edible Ottawa‘s September Issue!

They celebrate the local food culture of the National Capital Region, Prince Edward County and Eastern Ontario. Their mission is to be the community resource that connects the dots of seasonal, locally grown foods. A place to get to know our local farmers and artisans, and learning more about what our region has to offer in the way of great dining, delicious day trips, vintners, distillers, brewers, food events and festivals. They want to tell the stories behind food and drink that so many of us take for granted.
Edible Ottawa aligns with our sustainable sensibilities and opening their magazine is always a feast for the eyes, the intellect and the palate. We are honoured to be part of an article on goats along with 2 other farms. One is about a meat goat farm – Fossil Ridge Farms, one is goat soap farm – Apple Road Goat Milk Soap and we were interviewed for our goat yoga. We were so fortunate to be photographed by the talented Amy Zambonin and all of the photos in the article were of our farm and fur babies. Even our lovely Yoga Instructor and friend Natalie Fraser was featured on the Table of Contents page.
For those that might want to read the article and aren’t from the region I found an electronic version. I know it isn’t the same as touching the lovely pages but it will have to do. The article starts on Page 38 and we are pretty proud!.
